How much does an Estate Plan cost?

Our Trust-Based Estate Plan starts at $599, our Will-Based Estate Plan starts at just $159, and our Nomination of Guardian starts at just $39. If you want to speak with an attorney about your plan, we offer attorney support for an additional $200.

How long does the process take?

It takes most people about 20 minutes to complete their Trust, 15 minutes to complete their Will, and 5 minutes to nominate a guardian.

Do my documents need to be notarized?

Notarization and signing requirements vary from state to state. Some states require two witnesses to be present while singing your documents and other states require a notary. Always confirm with your specific state laws.

How do I make updates to my documents?

Trust & Will makes it easy to update your Estate Planning documents. Simply login to your account and make any necessary changes. We suggest updating your plan after any major life event or every three to five years.
