2024 Advisor Survey Giveaway - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EACH ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: 2024 Advisor Survey Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on July 31, 2024 at 3:00AM PST and ends on September 9, 2024 at 11:59PM PST. (the "Promotion Period").
The sponsor of this Giveaway is Huge Legal Technology Company, Inc., d/b/a Trust & Will ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email to: support@trustandwill.com during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of The United States who are at least 18 years of age, have valid government issued identification and valid tax identification number. Trust & Will employees, officials, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Business entities are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void in: Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside of the United States, and where restricted or prohibited by law.
How to Enter: Eligible participants may enter this Giveaway by completing the 2024 Trust & Will Advisor Survey within the Promotion Period and completing the optional prompts at the end of the survey. All entries must be received by 11:59PM PST on September 9, 2024. Limit ONE (1) entry per person. Entries received after the entry deadline will be considered void, as will multiple entries from any single entrant.
PRIZE/Approximate Retail Value:
The first one hundred (100) eligible participants shall receive an additional prize as follows: The first fifty (50) eligible participants to complete the survey will be given a $50 Visa gift card by Sponsor; the next fifty (50) eligible participants to complete the survey shall receive for a $25 Visa gift card. Out of all eligible participants, one (1) additional Winner will be chosen in a random drawing on or around [September 16, 2024]. The winner will receive a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card for $500, subject to the availability of the prize in the winner’s jurisdiction. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prizes is $500. Winners will be contacted by email. Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries. Based upon Trust & Wills estimate of 250 entries, the odds of winning any prize are 1 in 250. If the prize remains unclaimed after 11:59PM PT on September 30,2024, or the winner does not meet eligibility qualifications, a second random drawing will be held. The prize will be delivered via e-mail to the winner by Trust & Will. Prize is not transferable. Winner may be featured in advertising materials, pending the winner’s prior consent.
Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”) No Purchase Necessary to Win.
Complete the google form here with your true and accurate contact information. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Trust & Will and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged AMOE entries. All AMOE entries must be received by 11:59PM PST ON September 9, 2024 to qualify.
PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://trustandwill.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: Sponsor is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the Giveaway. Entrants agree to hold Sponsor harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in the Giveaway. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Giveaway and redemption of prize.
Giveaway CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor. If, for any reason, this Giveaway is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Giveaway MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively, by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and shall be held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and entrant further waivers all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
TAXES: Winners are responsible for all tax consequences (if any) of the prize.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues concerning the construction, validity interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA.
