Tucson FCU GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EACH ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:Tucson FCU Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on June 21, 2022 at 9am MT and ends on July 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 MT. (the "Promotion Period").
The Sponsors of this Giveaway include: Huge Legal Technology Company, Inc., d/b/a Trust & Will and Tucson Federal Credit Union ("Sponsors"). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors are responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsors with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsors may be reached by email to: partnershipsmarketing@trustandwill.com during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to Tucson Federal Credit Union Members who are legal residents of The United States, at least 18 years of age, have valid government issued identification and valid tax identification number. Neither Tucson Federal Credit Union nor Trust & Will employees, officials, and members of their immediate families are eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Business entities are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void in: Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside of the United States, and where restricted or prohibited by law.
How to Enter: Eligible participants may enter this Giveaway by signing up for an estate plan with Trust & Will. Entries may begin on June 21,2022 at 9am MT. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 MT on July 31, 2022. Limit ONE (1) entry per person. Entries received after the entry deadline will be considered void, as will multiple entries from any single entrant.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”) No Purchase Necessary to Win. Send an e-mail to partnershipsmarketing@trustandwill.com with the subject line Tucson FCU Giveaway AMOE. In the body of the e-mail please include: your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code) and email address. Sponsors will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Trust & Will and will not be returned. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged AMOE entries. All AMOE may begin on June 21,2022 at 9am MT and must be received by 11:59:59 MT on July 31, 2022 to qualify.
PRIZE/Approximate Retail Value:
One (1) Winner will be chosen in a random drawing on or around August 5, 2022. The winner will receive one (1) five hundred dollar ($500 USD) Air BnB gift card subject to the availability of the prize in the winner’s jurisdiction. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prizes is $500.00 USD. Winners will be contacted via the e-mail used to enter the Giveaway. The Winner will need to confirm their contact information to claim the prize. Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries. Based upon the Sponsors’ estimate of 50 entries, the odds of winning any prize are 1 in 50. If the prize remains unclaimed after August 12, 2022, or the winner does not meet eligibility qualifications, a second random drawing will be held. The prize will be delivered via e-mail to the winner by Trust & Will. Prize is not transferable. Winner may be featured in advertising materials, pending the winner’s prior consent.
Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsors' good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsors make no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the Trust & Will privacy policy posted at https://trustandwill.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsors permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: Sponsors are not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the Giveaway. Entrants agree to hold both Sponsors harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. Sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, members, representatives and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in the Giveaway. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Giveaway and redemption of prize.
Giveaway CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. Neither Sponsors is responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in either Sponsor’s sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or either Sponsor. If, for any reason, this Giveaway is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then the Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Giveaway MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BOTH SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively, by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and shall be held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and entrant further waivers all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
TAXES: Winners are responsible for all tax consequences (if any) of the prize.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues concerning the construction, validity interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA.
