WHAT IS ATTORNEY SUPPORT?

Work with a Licensed Estate Planning Attorney in your state to gain peace of mind.

Trust & Will’s Attorney Support feature gives you access to a licensed estate planning attorney in your state. For just $299, you can add attorney support to your Trust or Will-Based Estate Plan for an entire year. A flat fee, and you’ll get unlimited calls on covered matters and legal help with a live, experienced, vetted Estate Planning Attorney.

We know your Estate Plan is not something you want to take lightly. That’s why we decided to work with some of the best Estate Planning Attorneys in the industry. Just like we’ve made sure estate planning is affordable and accessible to anyone, we’ve made access to skilled Estate Planning Attorneys within reach, too.

Attorney Support is not required to purchase. It’s simply an optional add-on that you’re welcome to take advantage of if you want added one-on-one legal advice. All of our documents are state specific, legally valid, and built by estate planning attorneys. But if you’re looking for added peace of mind — or you have a more complex estate and want personalized advice — Attorney Support should be considered.
