What do you do here at Trust & Will?

As an SEO Specialist, I own and manage our website's front-end organic performance from a content & technical perspective. I create effective SEO strategies that drive short-term wins but also build long-term organic growth.

In short, I'm the person that makes sure that what you're searching for on Google appears at the top of the search results page based on the terms you enter. My ultimate goal is to give our searchers the most relevant content.

Tell us about your family!

I'm engaged! The big day is in October 2022. No kids, but we have puggle named Koa who sleeps all the time and snores very loud. We have a lot of parents and siblings! Both sets of our parents have remarried, so we doubled up on Dads & Moms, making it a large, blended family.

What do you like most about working at Trust & Will?

I appreciate the transparency amongst the leadership team on how the company is performing, from short to long term goals. What I enjoy the most is the growth opportunity and constantly learning something new everyday. Lastly, the community/family culture we have at T&W is absolutely amazing, virtually and in-person for locals to meet up.

What's one misconception about estate planning you'd like to debunk?

Estate planning is only for the rich or if you're very old. I think coming from a Latino household, this is such an important topic to talk to your parents about because they think they are going to live forever and have nothing set up to pass on to generations to come.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

I've been given a few but the ones that stick are...

  1. Take breaks! If you can't solve a problem, take a walk and tackle it afterwards with a clear mind.

  2. Put in the work and it will pay off.

  3. Don't be scared to ask for help and speak up!
