After you create and log-in to your portal, you’ll have a unique-to-you link which you can share directly with your donors. Once they get started, you’ll be able to track their progress and see if they’re left a bequest to your organization.

Nonprofits can only see donor information if the donor opts in to share it.

• On Free and Standard plans, you’ll see basic details (like name, email, and gift type) when shared.
• On the Enterprise plan, you’ll get enhanced reporting with expanded donor data, including contact details, gift information, and real-time updates.

Donors who choose to remain anonymous will not have their information shared, regardless of your plan.

If a donor updates or removes their gift, you’ll only be notified if they’ve opted to share their information. Enterprise partners receive real-time updates when changes occur. Anonymous donors’ updates are not shared.
