Today, we are proud to introduce you to Amanda Mahayni, Paid Media Manager at Trust & Will. Amanda joined us in February of 2020, and has been essential to our success.

Did you find Trust & Will, or did Trust & Will find you?
"I came across T&W through my job search. What stood out to me was the leadership team — they were so warm and welcoming during my interview. The genuine, kind, family-like atmosphere sold me! I was really looking for my next "home" and now I feel like I found that at T&W."
What is it about estate planning that you want to fix?
"Estate Planning seems to be a somber topic that we tend to shy away from since it's tied to losing a family member and experiencing a great deal of sadness. Something that none of us want to think about, which leads to a gap in education around the importance of having one. I'd like to change the conversation around and educate families on the importance of creating an Estate Plan. Creating an Estate Plan allows you to prepare for the future and protect the ones you love -- seems like an optimistic way to think about it and will hopefully encourage more families to take action. "
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
"I have 5+ years of Marketing experience. I've worn many hats -- Paid Media Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Email Marketing Automation, and more!"
What do you like most about working at Trust & Will?
"I love our team -- such a warm and welcoming environment. It's also awesome to be able to bring my dog with me to work. (He comes home looking more exhausted than I am -- ruff life)"
What are the values that drive you?
"Honesty and Integrity."

"I love being outdoors -- hiking with my dog, camping, and hanging out with my friends and family."

"Drink more water -- Tired, stressed, nervous, hungry, breakouts -- drink more water!"
Do you have a quote you live by?
"Treat others the way you would like to be treated." - This was always something that my mom used to tell me growing up (it makes more sense as an adult) 😀
If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and why?
"I would like to meet both of my grandpa's. I'd love to hear their stories about living through a world-war and what life was like for them at my age. I'd love to hear about the differences and maybe similarities between generations."
What tv show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love?
"I don't spend much time watching TV, but when the Bachelor is on I can't help but get into it!"
Do you have any secret talents?
"I can quote just about every line from the movie Home Alone."
