Today, we are proud to introduce you to Meg Palazzolo, Head of Member Success at Trust & Will. Meg has been an integral part of the team since she started and comes from a wonderful background at Lyft, Apple, and several other amazing organizations.

Did you find Trust & Will, or did Trust & Will find you?
A little bit of both! I had quite a few random, unknowingly, mutual connections with each of the founders. A close friend suggested checking out Trust & Will, and a few days later, I randomly received an email from Daniel to set up a time to chat -- it definitely felt like the stars aligned!
What stood out most about the T&W opportunity?
What stood out to me most about the opportunity at hand was the ability to make such an amazing impact in people's lives all across the US.
What is it about estate planning that you want to fix?
That misconception that it doesn't need to be a "scary" and overly complicated process.
What are your credentials and what does your past experience look like?
12+ years of Customer Support/Success, 6+ years in startup experience, and being Counselor (Si) on DiSC.
What do you like most about working at Trust & Will?
Aside from my stellar T&W family, I would have to say the genuine relationships that I get to build with members on a daily basis. The other day I received an email from a member with a photo of their newborn son -- it's moments like that that make me so grateful to be here
What are the values that drive you?
Making a difference in the lives of others, being a loyal wife, sister, daughter, friend + co-worker, and nature.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Any type of outdoor activity with my husband + friends, making delicious food, being surrounded by my cat or really any animal.
What's your favorite life hack?
Apple cider vinegar -- it's a cure all!
Do you have a quote you live by?

If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and why?
John Muir -- I'd love to just sit on a mountain top with him and talk about nature. Some of my fondest memories growing up were backpacking with my family in the high sierras, which I hold very close to my heart.
What tv show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love?
The Bachelor/ette!
Do you have any secret talents?
Aside from patting my head and rubbing my stomach at the same time!?!
