1. ELIGIBILITY
Huge Legal Technology Company, a P.B.C. dba Trust & Will ("Sponsor") Inheritance Toss Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have submitted an entry here and agreed to receive marketing emails from Sponsor.
There are two prize categories:
(1) On-Field Prize ("Inheritance Toss"): Open to eligible entrants who indicate on the entry form that they will be attending the 2025 Holiday Bowl game in person. One (1) winner will be selected based on Creativity (50%) and Authenticity (50%) to participate in the on-field Inheritance Toss activity. If the winner successfully hits the Target, they will receive $10,000 cash. If the winner does not hit the Target, no prize will be awarded. Winner must attend the game at their own expense, including travel, lodging, meals, parking, and game tickets.
(2) At-Home Prize: Open to eligible entrants who indicate on the entry form that they will NOT be attending the 2025 Holiday Bowl game. One (1) winner will be selected based on Creativity (50%) and Authenticity (50%) to receive a $10,000 gift card or cash equivalent if the person selected for the On-Field Prize successfully hits the Target.
Entrants may only be eligible for one prize category based on their entry form selection and cannot win both prizes.
IMPORTANT: One winner must be available to attend the Holiday Bowl game in person on January 2, 2026 (as applicable) to participate in the on-field Contest activity. The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with attendance, including but not limited to travel, transportation, lodging, meals, parking, and game tickets. Sponsor will not reimburse or cover any such costs under any circumstances. If the selected winner cannot attend, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest Period begins on December 19th, 2025 at 2:00PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 29, 2025 at 11:59 PT (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

Entries become the sole property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned or acknowledged. By submitting an entry, Entrant grants Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the entry and any content therein for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission from Entrant.

• Creativity (50%): Originality, imaginativeness, and uniqueness of the response.
• Authenticity (50%): Genuineness, sincerity, and personal connection demonstrated in the response.
The decisions of the Judges are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher Creativity score will be selected. Judging will be completed on or about December 30, 2025.

The potential winner must: (a) respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours; (b) confirm availability to attend the Holiday Bowl game on January 2, 2026 (as applicable); (c) if the winner successfully completes the requirements in Section 5 herein, provide a completed w9 to receive the monetary prize and (c) confirm ability to participate in the on-field Contest activity. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, inability to attend the game, or failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will be selected to participate in the on-field “Inheritance Toss” activity at the Holiday Bowl game. During a designated break in the game (timing at Sponsor’s sole discretion), the winner will have one (1) opportunity to throw a ball from approximately fifteen (15) yards at an oversized target (the “Target”). Sponsor may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, allow for additional opportunities to hit the Target. If the winner successfully hits the Target, they will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in cash, awarded on-field at the game (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $10,000.
If the winner does not successfully hit the Target, no prize will be awarded. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, choose to provide a gift or other consideration to the winner, but is under no obligation to do so.
The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with attending the Holiday Bowl game, including but not limited to travel, transportation, lodging, meals, parking, and game tickets. Sponsor will not reimburse or cover any such costs under any circumstances.
One (1) second winner will be selected if the first winner successfully completes the on-field “Inheritance Toss” activity and hits the Target (“Second Winner”). The Second Winner will receive payment of $10,000 upon receipt of a completed W-9 to Sponsor.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash (except as specifically provided herein). Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may modify the prize or Contest activity if circumstances require. If winners cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the prize value is $600 or more, the Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the Winners as required by law.
Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, made by Sponsor, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winners assume all risk and liability associated with participation in the on-field Contest activity, including but not limited to risk of personal injury. Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules prior to receiving any prize.
