How to Check In on Clients and Track Their Progress in the Advisor Portal
See exactly where each client stands in their estate plan, send check-ins in seconds, and keep their records accurate, all from your Trust & Will Advisor Portal.

Your Advisor Portal now gives you a clearer view of where every client stands. In addition to a dedicated home for your client list, you can see the exact step each client is on, spot who's gotten stuck, and reach out directly, all in one place.
A Dedicated Page for Your Clients
Your client list now lives on its own page in the left navigation, making it easier to find, scan, and manage your full book of business.
See Exactly Where Each Client Stands
Beyond the completion percentage, you can now see the specific step each client is up to in their estate plan, and how long they've been there. This makes it easy to spot which clients are moving right along, and which ones may need a nudge.
Send a Check-In in a Few Clicks
When you see a client getting stuck, you can send a check-in directly from your Advisor Portal. We'll have a message drafted for you based on that client's progress, or you can edit it to make it your own. If your client replies, it goes straight to your inbox.
Tips for Getting the Most from These Features
Sort your client list by progress to quickly spot who's stuck and who's moving along.
Send a check-in as soon as you notice a client getting stuck. When a client's plan has stalled, their progress will appear in red text, so it's easier to spot.
Check in on your full client list before calls, so you're prepared to speak to exactly where each client stands.
