Empower Your Team: Introducing Delegate Access for Your Advisory Practice

Granting Delegate Access: A Powerful New Tool for Advisors to Scale Their Business

Managing an estate planning practice or financial advisory business requires not only expertise but also efficiency. As advisors scale their business, many rely on administrative assistants—often referred to as non-licensed admins—to handle crucial yet time-consuming tasks, such as client communication, referrals, and follow-ups.

Recognizing this need, we’re introducing Delegate Access, a new feature designed to empower advisors and their administrative support teams. With Delegate Access, advisors can grant a trusted assistant the ability to manage tasks on their behalf, both increasing productivity and streamlining operations.

What is Delegate Access?

‎Delegate Access allows advisors to extend full product capabilities to an administrative assistant. This means that delegates can take the same actions an advisor can, helping to manage client workflows more efficiently. However, to maintain security and privacy, delegates will not have access to the advisor’s personal profile or settings.

Key Features of Delegate Access

  1. Adding a Delegate: Advisors can easily invite a delegate by entering their chosen delegate's email address as prompted.

2. Removing Access: If a delegate’s role changes or access needs to be removed, advisors can seamlessly update their permissions.

Currently, Delegate Access is designed for each advisor to assign a single delegate. However, we see potential for this feature to evolve in the future by allowing multiple advisors to share a delegate or even multiple advisors having multiple delegates

With this feature, we’re making it easier than ever for advisors to grow their business while maintaining control and security.
